Tigo expects to close its previously announced merger transaction with Roth CH IV on May 23, 2023 and trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “TYGO” beginning on May 24, 2023.

Select members of Tigo’s leadership team will join CEO Zvi Alon to ring the Nasdaq Opening Bell on May 24th, 2023. The ceremony will be held at the Nasdaq MarketSite in New York City and will be webcast live starting at 8:30 a.m. ET via the following link: Livestream
